This site is owned by Hugh Bartling, Associate Professor of Public Policy at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois USA. It is designed to track international negotiations relating to climate change and the efforts underway to develop a successor agreement to the Kyoto Protocol.
We feature writings from DePaul students interested in climate change policy who will be attending the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change COP15 meeting in December, 2009.
